From the article concerning how to completely remove an Exchange organization use the /removeorg switch.
This will completely remove an Exchange organization. Even after a Exchange 2003 to 2007 migration. It removes both. It removes everything. It screws the pooch.
If you have no backups you are screwed.

2. if you do unplug DC pronto, prior to replication.
3. have backups
